Founder & CEO
Nick has been buying real estate notes since 1983 — over 40 years of hands-on experience. In 2007 he founded Longhorn Money Services in San Antonio. His commitment to transparency and deep relationships have earned the trust of note sellers statewide.
Sandra McFadin
Co-Founder & Partner
Sandra joined Nick in 2013 and together they buy and service real estate notes in San Antonio. Her hands-on approach and dedication to every deal ensure sellers receive fair, honest offers — every time.
